Video news YouTubers at Pixelodeon 2007

I interviewed some folks from YouTube who attended the first ever Pixelodeon Video Blogging Festival, which had a session on YouTube. I asked them why they came and I found their answers to be quite interesting.\r

A common perception exists that mostly women do personal, diary type of video blogging, but I certainly have met men who do this type as evidenced by this video. What's your perception?\r
\r
Also, I found it very interesting to talk to people about what it was like to watch videos with other YouTubers from far away. It is a different experience to watch a video by yourself, versus having a community experience.\r
